I can't imagine anybody betting that many...
Not only have I played everything I posted, there are several more I played that haven't been posted, and there are more I expect to play, last year I think I had around 40 props, I don't play these for anything close to a full unit though

I think the Swifties win. Shanny is still a shithead making the Packers and Lions collapses more striking. San Fag only wins if they dominate 60 minutes.

I saw a prop Travis Kelce receiving yards vs Wichita State points scored on Sunday. They are catching FAU at a good time, right after FAU had a 7 game win streak end in OT last night.

Me thinks the early money on the under have a lot to do with Chiefs low scoring 2Hs... that's all they're talking about on these gambling shows.

Chiefs were 28th in the league in second half scoring, their defense gave up the fewest points in the second half

I put a little on first score to be a FG

the book i was using didn't have a prop listed for just overall/any first score to be a fg, so i had to do "first score of game KC FG +375 " and "first score of game SF FG +325"

so as long as whoever scores first does it by FG, i'll come out ahead.

My own thinking is Mahomes will consistently put up stats; in the 2nd and 4th Qtr partcularly whereas Purdy is a question, however Purdy may put up just enough offense to do the job and SF defense could come through with big def plays. Nothing written in stone.

Andy Reid is one of the best off a layoff. How good is he with 2 weeks to prepare? Something not baked into the number. All they keep bringing up is Mahomes as a underdog doesn't make sense... nothing about Reid.

Ceasers has this also with both teams at +400, where other books best I saw was +150 for either team first scoring play FG

Butker over 1.5 fg -120
Butker over 7.5 kicking points -115

Enjoy the day and the game.
I like the Butker over 1.5 FG prop also.
Mahomes longest rush over 12.5

one of the fantasy shows on XM brought up a good point if you’re playing the Mahomes over rush yards. If he kneels at the end of the game, it’s further back that the other qbs - basically losing 5-7 yards vs 3-5 yards.

In the SB a couple of years ago I, along with many others, had Mahomes over his rushing yards, at the end of the game he was over the total, and then came the kneel downs, and a winner turned into a loser just like that, and you're right, he doesn't get the ball and immediately go down, he takes several steps back before kneeling, to be honest it's the only reason I didn't play his over rushing yards, can't risk losing again in that way

Many bettors placed wagers on Mahomes' rushing total, which was between 29.5 and 33.5 yards depending on what sportsbook you were looking at. In that case, many took the over due to Mahomes' ability to extend plays and run the ball when his receivers can't get open.

Mahomes had 44 rushing yards heading into the Chiefs final series, when they just had to run out the clock. However, the Chiefs quarterback kneeled the ball down three consecutive times and his total went down to 29 rushing yards, which turned into a bad beat for many fans.

i don't think that is correct on the kneel downs. i could be wrong but i thought they always gave the QB a minus 1 yard for a kneel down. That is what i always have seen in box scores. For example the last KC game Mahomes was minus 1 yard for each of his three kneel downs at the end of the game.

Kane, when i look under drives in the box score they give Mahomes minus 1 yard each kneel. Where did you get your info? Curious not doubting you.

Click on the link I posted above and read the article, a kneel down three yards behind the line of scrimmage is minus three yards on your rushing total, the same as if a RB got the ball and lost three yards, Mahomes had 44 rushing yards which put him easily over his total, then lost a total of 15 yards on three kneel downs to finish with 29, which made the under a winner

books. It opened 29.5 and was bet up to 36.5. Mahomes had 44 yards rushing before final drive, in which he lost 15 yards on kneel-downs to finish with 29 yards.

I just checked the play by play in the Chiefs last game, and you're right, they have Mahomes as -1 yard in each of his kneel downs, the only thing I can think is maybe he got the snap and went down right away instead of backing up a few yards

Thanks Kane. yes in that game Mahomes was needing to eat up more seconds that just a quick kneel down i am guessing. So he went backwards a few steps to eat up more clock which is the right thing to do. i don't think he has a habit of doing it if he can kill the time with a quick kneel down.

Okay, apparently when Mahomes took knees at the end of the game, he only went back one yard each time

  • 1st & 10 at KC 45

    (1:30 - 4th) P.Mahomes kneels to KC 44 for -1 yards.
  • 2nd & 11 at KC 44

    (0:52 - 4th) P.Mahomes kneels to KC 43 for -1 yards.
  • 3rd & 12 at KC 43

    (0:26 - 4th) P.Mahomes kneels to KC 42 for -1 yards.
  • (0:00 - 4th) END GAME

Yep, that's it, the play by play I posted were the games against Buffalo and Baltimore, the clock didn't matter so he went right down, but in the SB against SF he couldn't run out the clock by kneeling, in fact after taking the three knees, there was still a few seconds left, so on fourth down he got the snap and immediately chucked it into the stands to end the game

On those three separate kneel downs, Mahomes lost -5 yards, -3 yards, and -7 yards. On the final play on fourth down, Mahomes just chucked the ball deep in an effort to run out the clock.

There you go Dell, for a conspiracy theorist such as yourself, you should have had a field day when those kneel downs took place

You keep tagging me with the conspiracy tag. I only complained about the San Fag practice field until finding out standard. If no funny business, I won't cry Swifty scripted.

This is why I bet him to have OVER 4.5 rushing attempts. A kneel down is a rush attempt.

Purdy first completion Under 9.5 yards (-114) Have to think the kid will be nervous, I expect Shanny to call a safe and short pass to start, a screen to CMC that gains 7 yards, something like that

Kyle Juszczyk over .5 receptions -175
Brandon Aiyuk under 4.5 receptions -120

i've noticed some odd prop bets being posted on social media, usually by some acct named Ucanbetthis, and others.

i saw where you could bet which would be first commercial, either Popeyes chicken or Dove soap , lolz

then i saw odds on whether Post Malone would wear a cowboy hat or a tie in his performance

and i saw combo props on combining superbowl winner + next president.
