Tegs- yea i guess. Depends what you think of Mauer. Is he a 350 guy or a 450 guy? Probably closer to 350 at this point.

Probably worth a solid arm, but not a 1st or 2nd tier arm anymore.

him and gamer probably the two guys i wont even try to deal with this year. ttp always sends a list of guys he wants (always top guys that he wants for two mid level scrubs) or if he wants a mid level guy its for nothing. :shoot:

yea, didnt think he'd take it.... but my reasoning was felix was obv too much, pineda a yank is too much and the garcia/danks types are too low, which only left stras and being on an innings limit, maybe he'd consider

mauer had one fluke year with power and cashed in huge to cripple the twins franchise

great ball player but will never come close to repeating those power numbers. carlos and mccann both for sure better than mauer at this point.

Thought about countering ya, but the reason I didn't is that I'm really excited for Hosmer. Think he's gonna be worthy of keeping and if Imma struggle while learning the league, gotta hold onto the keeper unless of course the value really moved me off it.

Wasn't a bad offer though
