Oh, he caps the NFL? Back when he was was the king of the contest he was watching NFL Rewind as a handicapping tool. Which is nuts to utilize as any handicapping angle unless you want to know players names and key plays to spout on radio.

I always wonder how much he broke off to Scott Kellen for putting him on the Gold medal stand?

Fezzik released Saskatchewan in the CFL at -4 (-113). Of course it pushes but at least 98% or more of his followers I believe never got that line. Is it just me or did anyone else never see that -4 line? I'd love for Computer Bob to let us know if 3 sportsbooks offered that line? If not, the game should be graded as a loss and not a push.

I'm too busy at this time capping CFB and NFL to go back and tabulate past records. The picks are all available in the tracking thread at pregame.

Maybe Fezzik can have someone at pregame tabulate it (warning: usually only winning trends are posted by Fez).

From the Pregame email:

Analysis: 3* PLAY Sask Roughriders +4 -113 (Pinny)

3* play +3.5 -110 or better

Betonline has +4-110
BetUS has +4-110
FD has +3.5 -105

Then the game generally quickly moved to Sask +3, but later moved back to Sask +4 -110. This game is an example of how each BLAP bettor will have slightly different results (usually worse than the posted record).

Early on, it looked like a winning pick as Sask had a big lead, 16-3, only to get shutout 17-0 in the 2nd half.

Fezzik knew most books had it at 3.5. The game looked good at halftime but they don't pay you on halftime bets if you bet the full game.

All of Steve's clients have a deep bankroll that is separate from paying bills

Steve doesn't allow anyone to purchase his plays and must show they bet big enough to even consider if his package is a sound investment.

Fezz math-2022 +100 2023 +42 current +16 =158 not 250 How many units were stolen not following 30% of all books. (Today only 3 books total vs 30%) How many units were props,rhe, which have small limits but graded as bigger.

A topic that always deserves attention when it comes to record tracking is the spreads/odds being used for grading. If the odds used for grading are not available to the typical player, then the resulting W/L record will look better than it should. Pregame.com’s strict general policy is at least half of the representative sportsbooks must have the spread available at the time the pick is made. This allows followers to be confident that they will be able to achieve a result AT LEAST AS GOOD as the record promoted.BLAP members are making the effort to bet like a professional – which means more asked from them. As a result, the standard with BLAP is the odds must be available from at least 30% of representative sportsbooks.

Another area of complexity is the availability of non-standard bets. Some of the bet types used by Fezzik to help BLAP followers earn a profit are not as easily available in the market place as standard bet types. The key question is: can followers reasonably get down. Steve makes a strong effort to release only bets that followers can get down. Sometimes it’s a close call. ComptrBob will make the final judgement whenever necessary. This will ensure that Fezzik’s record is accurate in every way.

Why is there not one Fezzik BLAP client anywhere over the last 3 years on any form of social media like Twitter / X, Instagram,TikToc or any of the sports message boards posting about how much money they are making on being a BLAP client? Me thinks most PreScam buyers are running around stealing the pennies left for tips at the Four Queens Diner and combining that using their Bulk Dollars for a $2 a pop Tuesday Blue Plate Special Plays.

Definitely haven't given pregame a cent. Plays at 6am, 40-1 fav where you need $40,000 in an account to make $1000. Listing books that few play at(pinn,bet rivers)Fezz plays are for himself to track how he does. The follower doesn't stand a chance. rhe only outs are bookmaker(250 limits) bol(500 limit) and pinn(not in us)So fezz gets his $750 but gives it out as a 2* so even he doesn't get $2000 at the #. Followers get 20 cents worse if they want to play.

I'm sure in the weekly meeting it's all about season packages. Release anything you can that has a high win prob...flash units (like Fezzik does) and bait and switch them to seasonal packages.

Shark Tank's Barbara Cochran said Trump was the best salesman she ever met, she's never met Bell & Fezzik.

Well, yes and no.

Don't forget your BLAP bankroll has to be spread among 10 to 15 different sportsbooks because generally an advantage bet is only available at 2 or 3 at most. A good example is the latest NFLX 3* bet on LAC ML -115 on 8/15 12:55pm (Westgate, S Point -115, BetRivers -112). I looked in real time (30 seconds later), WH was -135, Circa -128 and BM at -130.

So practically the bankroll is exhausted, time to dip into the household budget.

my take:
he’s undeniably smart. he has bet sports at the highest levels. he deserves respect for his past accomplishments. i think he is still clearly capable of winning. i think he is still hungry to make great bets (even if not originating them himself all the time.) less clear is if he can win for a public following releasing at WA numbers into semi mature markets. finally, he is my favorite follow on twitter. no other account makes me laugh more.

Pretty similar to Jeff’s comments.
Not a fan of how he/they run the paid service as far as unit inflation, random off hour release times, non-existent lines, etc. so would never consider endorsing it.
But as far as the general betting takes and advice he gives, I find myself agreeing with him far more often than not. I think overall he is undervalued by the community.
