Why does the secret service have different physical standards for men and women? I thought we were all equal. Besides when protecting the most important people in the world why is the bar lower for some people?

I dont know what to think of that video, I dont like the fact it's slickly made, it's possible all those people were shot from the roof if after the 1st shot the shooter panicked and started spraying bullets after losing his target.
