It is not believable a sniper would be allowed to position himself on a roof within 150 yards and a clear shot to Trump. If this was a drone attack, at least it would be plausible. They failed this time but unless the plot is revealed and conspirators taken down and that could and probably does include some VIP's, nothing stopping them from trying again.

Correct, it's hard to imagine the most likely vantage point wasn't covered, then you factor in the guy who told BBC he told the secret service 2-3 min before about the guy and they did nothing.

It doesn't pass the smell test/

Even if they weren't ridiculously biased, the media is not equipped to handle sirius events like this. Just another example of a failed, broken institution. Compare coverage of Trump to Reagan. The difference is stunning. Would be considered an SNL parody in 1981.

I'll give you a quick example. Did any news organization call the Hinkley assassination attempt an incident or "possible" assassination or popping sounds?

There was an initial report that trump had not been shot but it was glass fragments that cut his ear - an obvious media attempt to downplay any heroism on trumps part, I think it was CBS that had an anchor come out after trump issued his statement that his ear had been shot and basically called him a liar.

These people are evil.
