I just had my first catfish omelet. not bad. lots of cheese, spinach, cilantro. might have been a little better without eggs, but I need the protein. the spicy V8 with vodka is not a great choice of beverage with this dish.

If not, then I guess its either burgers or meatloaf for dinner.

Tonite is the next-to-last "Half Price Wednesday" at Dave & Buster's so that is where friends and i will be and it doesn't hurt that i have a "BOGO" for a meal so we can get food and (non alcoholic) drinks for less than $20. and when it comes time for the tip, though - Tip on what the amount would have been if not for the discount - and i doubt many will disagree on that

Just going out for Italian. Have to say this is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. Food is great. Must be the sauce. I get their spaghetti and meat balls.

Nice...I love Italian food. Wish we had some decent ones in my town but not so much.


Just some whiting, rice, milk, and fruit for me.

tonight 5team is making hamburgers on the grill with baked potato's and green beens on the side. Chocolate milk for the 4 year old ...

The 4 year old calls them crabby patty's ala sponge bob and adds some lettuce to the burger....

Some frozen chicken breast chunks. Some Costco broccoli florets and some 16-20 shrimp. Boiled and seasoned the broccoli then flashed them in an ice bath to save the color. Should have put a little char on the chicken breast but they were seasoned up plenty. Was pretty proud of that one.

Today I cooked baked, thick cut, pork chop with mushrooms and saut?ed onions then covered with cream of mushroom soup and finished off in the oven on low for an hour. Then made some buttered noodles. Was delicious.

use the cream of mush all the time

3-4 lb roast sliced onions and cream of mush, in tin foil, bake 350 for an hour,,,, thats the shit bud....
