There have been no charges and the police said at the time the guy was justified - in TX you may use deadly force if you are assaulted or even just robbed by an armed or unarmed person. The owners of the cafe and other patrons who were there said they approved of his actions.

The guy did contact the police and told his story, his name has never emerged, he asked for privacy.

Several weeks later the leftist prosecutor in the area said they will let a grand jury decide if there should be any charges, nothing more has happened.

You might not have seen the rest of the video, after he shot the guy he dug through the robbers pockets and removed all the money that was stolen, he then told the other patrons to come get what was theirs(they did come get it), he then finished his coffee, waved goodbye to the staff, and left, all the other patrons left too before the cops arrived.

When it goes the other Christopher Wray, CNN endorses ignoring a judge's ruling like the one who ruled against abortion pill. FDA is unconstitutional. Should not exist. SCOTUS had a chance to give them the kill shot and here we are. FDA will ignore a ruling. It's ok when Dems do it. Same with Tennessee "peaceful protest".

To be clear, FDA has no legitimate constitutional authority to enact regulations and implement law. They are an out of control agency of Congress and they are not alone. We are being ruled by unelected, unaccountable agencies.

Was the bad guy here trying to do suicide by cop or was he this incompetent with a gun? he didn't get one shot off. i don't know much about firearms but it seems like the clip wasn't in the gun properly. What an idiot.

He is toxic and no one will admit him knowing what will happen if they do. Like OJ and Casey Anthony - found not guilty by a court of law. But GUILTY in the "court of public opinion" - only ones who will hire him are fellow #MAGAMorons - I am not advocating it but ROTTENHOUSE NEVER makes it to 25. He is gonna "F" with the wrong person one day and get the exact same thing happen to him that he did to those 2 in WI. WHEN that happens Right Wing Hypocrisy will be a joy to watch. All those giddy when he was somehow not convicted will be seeking the death penalty for the person who shot ROTTENHOUSE - even if the circumstances are the same

Considering he now travels around the country making public appearances(presumably for big money), and considering he was on national TV last night, the reports of him being "toxic" are a tad exaggerated.
