Great job, Matt.

What's your ultimate weight goal?

And about your pickleball skills: Strengths and weaknesses?

Great job Birdie. Not easy to do. Obviously you were inspired after seeing that skinny picture of Viejo Dinosaur some months back.

Congratulations Railbird
all good stuff
health and physical Fitness and Mental toughness are all very correlated.
When your north of 60
regarding health it's not " if "
it's "what "
and yes exercise is not optional it's mandatory

I'm on a quest too.....

6/30/2014 I was 245 pounds.

By 6/30/2016, I was 187.

8/20/2020, I was 207

4/24/2024 after a brutal tax season, 229.

Goal is to lose 15-20 pounds by the end of the year doing the same that I did before, vigorous exercise, no carb diet, and no alcohol.

How does your weight/fitness level impact your bowling scores?

How does your weight/fitness level impact your bowling scores?

Greater weight vs lower weight doesn't have a material affect on score. But greater weight makes it harder to bowl tournaments that are 6 to 9 games long. I find myself getting tired out and that makes it more difficult to bowl when out of shape.

You would probably feel the same effect if you were playing basketball while 25 pounds overweight.
