i think the raiders will be better this year.at least 7-9 or 8-8

a lot depends on how well russell plays at QB,the defense looks pretty good.

I am a DIEHARD Broncos' fan. A book I use has them

O/U 8 -115 both ways

Gimme U8 - can't see "us" winning more than 7 games at most and the possibility of starting the season 1-6 is very real

I played Jets OVER 7.5 when the announcement was made and the guys who run the book went home for the night so i could HAMMER O7.5 -10

texans under 7 1/2 is a strong strong play..

they have a horrible oline..no running back, and the only skill a true offensive threat thay have is at receiver with no one to get him the ball.

2-4 is the absolute best they can do in division imo. seriously anyone tell me how they get to 8

Completely agree. Raiders are pretty solid everywhere but QB. Dangerous team that will offer good DOG value. If they're +10 anytime I'm going to bet them.

statisically their secondary was 25th in the league in passing yards allowed and dead last in the league in interceptions.

combine the 2 and yes id say thats pretty close to dead last.


as far as their running backs their starter is old man ahman green whos best years were 5-7 years ago..backups are chris brown discarded and injured and a 170 pund rookie who cant run between the tackles and cant hold onto the ball.

also last year they averaged 3.8 yeards a carry...one of the worst in the league..and have obv only got worse.


now now something funny..someone sticking up for the texans online..

didnt they lead the league in sacks allowed like 2000 years in a row and almost get david carr and his followers killed killed weekly.


they dont run block well ..have never had a decent running game..or passing game for that matter......yes they put up some ok numbers chunking from way behind.

The easy ones first

Oakland UNDER 6 1/2 -160

Would go under 5 1/2 +money if it was available. This team is horrible and has nothing. The question with this team is will they be able to score more than 1 touchdown on offense in any game this year?

Kansas City UNDER 51/2 -120

The only team worse than this Herm Edwards disaster is the Oakland Raiders. Even if 1 of these teams wins both games in this once great rivalry they will never win 4 others against the other teams. This Kansas City team is coached by a coach that is only better than Dave Wannstedt. Edwards is clueless and has destroyed a Chiefs team that was pretty good when he took over. Edwards and Wannstedt will turn any NFL team into the worst team and it only takes 2 years.

Vikings OVER 8 1/2 -160

Would go over 9 with less juice and risk a push. The division the Vikings play in could get them a 6-0 mark but will probably end up 4-2 so even if they go 4-2 against the worst division in football they would only need to go 5-5 against the rest of the league. 5-5 against everyone else should be a cake walk. Except for QB this team is loaded and will not be out hit by any team in the NFL and that always means you will be 1 of the best teams in the league.

Eagles OVER 8 1/2 -170

Again I would go over 9 here with less juice. The NFL has set up the Eagles this year. The Eagles schedule is 1 of the easiest in the league as every tough game is at home as they get the Rams, Falcons, Cardinals, and Browns at home and could go 4-0 and some of the road games are all winnable too as they play the Bears, 49ers, Bengals, and Ravens and could go 4-0 there too. The Eagles will not be that good, but with that schedule even the Dolphins could go 9-7.

Giants UNDER 9 -135

There is no way this Giants team will win 10 games this year. Flat out no way. You can bet on that.

Bears UNDER 7 1/2

I think the Bears will be better than people think, but their schedule is brutal.

Cowboys OVER 10 1/2

Bad juice, but this team should win 11 games without a problem. The only worry I have is their QB Romo because I don't think he is as good as everyone thinks he is and the Cowboys have some tough road games this year and he could struggle.

Dolphins OVER 5 1/2

The Dolphins have a pretty easy schedule and will be a lot better. Parcells doesn't mess around and puts defenses together overnight and loves to run the football and that fits perfectly with weak armed Pennington. And Ricky's back.

Patriots OVER 12 1/2

What 4 games will they lose? That's all you need to look at with this team. Having the Colts and Patriots play again in the regular season is pure bullshit and just a money driven agenda and has nothing to do with the integrity of the league, in fact it gives the league no integrity that they make them play each other every year.

Jets UNDER 8 +120

Picking up an old QB who has no agility is going to make this team better? The Jets have an easy schedule (the AFC east plays the easiest out of conference schedule) and could win 6 or 7 games, but their coaching is horrible and they just are not this good.

SeaHawks OVER 8 1/2 -170

I would go over 9 with less juice. The SeaHawks have an easy schedule also and will have 1 of their best teams (may be ever) and should win 10 games easy this year. This might not even be a coin flip because this team will whip up on some teams and will play better on the road this year, because their road games are easy ones.

Rams UNDER 6 1/2 -110

Another really bad team. Tough schedule will destroy them again this year and get them in a huge hole after 6 games as they will be lucky to win 1 of those games.

The Texans are building 1 of the best offenses in the league. Slaton will be the starter by the end of the year as he is a monster running back. This team is only getting better and the only drawback is that they play in 1 of the toughest divisions in the NFL.

I think Robin quoted the Texans stuff from a magazine she picked up at Walmart.

She basing the upcoming year on based on David Carr, who hasn't played here in quite sometime, and a running back whose yet to play in a regular season game. She states that Slaton can't hold onto the ball but I find no evidence of any lost fumbles in the preseason.

The offensive line has one of the best coaches ever and has improved quite a bit.

The receivers for the Texans are one of the strongest areas of the team.

This team finished 8-8 last year after being decimated with injuries. If the Texans can stay healthy they should improve from last year.

Looks like most people had winning seasons. Futures aren't very difficult to beat. But people don't want to tie up there money for so long. But if you can make money at futures and more money than betting why not unload on futures? That's what I do.
