NBA Playoffs...

. Nothing shameful about losing your skeels at his age and # of seasons, games.
He hasn't lost any of his skills, the only difference is the younger version of LeBron could play at an elite level all game and all season, this version of him can do it in spurts, but he can't consistently 'bring it' every game, when the Lakers brought in AD, the thinking was he would take some of the pressure off LeBron, he would by the guy who carried the heavy weight and lessen LeBron's work load, but even though he's not the same player he's been, he still made third team all NBA, doing that at his age and after 20 seasons is pretty amazing.

These are LeBron's career averages
27 Pts 7 Rebs 7 Ast .505 from the field .345 from three

These are his averages this year
29 Pts 8 Rebs 7 Ast .500 from the field .321 from three

How many guys will average more points and rebounds in their 20th season compared to their career averages? Of course he isn't the same athlete he was in his younger days, and when you watch him play you can see some slippage, but make no mistake the guy is still playing at a very high level, there's no reason why he can't play another few years at a high level, which is fucking crazy if you think about it

I have no idea what games you've been watching. Here's ray's take
Blew a layup and a dunk within 5 minutes of each other and bricked 3's all game long. On defense he looks like a guy inbetween 2 lanes on a highway watching the cars wiz by him while he just stands there with his finger in his nose. He single handedly lost game 2 and gets a partial credit for game 1.

raiders is such an elite capper (just ask him), he has to cut and piss another poster's analysis.

This is what I said before the series started
The difference will be the 4 games in Denver. There's only one day rest between games. AD and "I can't breath" are going to wear down in the thin air. Jokic will run while AD and Brick will be walking up the court. I see a lot of 5 on 4s along with a tired AD and Brick.

Really impressed all playoffs long with Reaves and Hachie, but not sure what happened to DeAngelo Russell this series. Lakers are really going to need him to snap out of it or this series may not return to the Mile High City.

Tatum yet another goose egg thus far in the 4th. He's passing and rebounding the ball well but needs to get some open looks.

Butler having another great game as is Martin.

Tatum nearly turns it over twice but draws a foul on Bam but not using the glass on a potential and 1.

Gotta go for a steal if not a quick foul down 2 with 21.6. Game looking to go over again.

2 of Vincent's 9 points were deadly meanwhile most of Tatum's 32 points were at the free three line and not. Guy isnt clutch one bit. Nice to see a 32 million dollar a year man get owned.

This is exactly who Boston was all season and playoffs.

Mazzulla is in over his head, Spo on the verge of getting another coach fired, I have no idea why they didn't call a time out at the very end, they were down 6 with about 8 seconds to play, you call a TO and set up a three point shot, and if you make it you still have a chance, by taking it out under your basket, there isn't enough time, even if JB's three went in, there was no time left, Van Gunty said the same thing, he couldn't believe they didn't call TO and he said he couldn't believe they were giving up

I like rooting for guys like Butler and Miami. Florida Panthers too. Panthers taking this shit. I said it. I hope they both win it all. Even Pat Riley in the shadows changed. Maybe age getting the better of him but assembling undrafted players and giving the go to less talented players.

Boston is like the kid with all the talent in the world only to waste it on girls and other shit.

Grant thought he hit a game winning 3 with all that time left. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆

Riley just has been getting the best out of everybody who steps foot in and around his team. Whatever drives these guys you can tell makes a difference. He wants it more. They want it more. How many loose balls did they win. How many times did they play defense when it really mattered?

The Heat lead all playoff teams in charges drawn, loose balls recovered, and deflections, that doesn't happen by accident, it's part of their DNA, it's who they are, the Heat don't win by out talenting the other team, they win by playing harder and smarter, the Heat play their style of basketball for 48 minutes, from the opening tip to the final buzzer they give you everything they have for the full 48, physical, tough minded, hard nosed basketball, they don't care who the opponent is, they play their game for the full 48, and if you don't match their intensity, their physicality, their work ethic, then even if you have more talent, you'll lose.

The Heat have played the Bucks and Celtics 7 times in this postseason, they're 6-1 SU, and they've been dogs in every game

Since 2002, teams that lost game 1 at home, and are 7.5 or more favorites in game 2, were 38-0 SU before last night's game
