Thanks for everyone's input on the various topics during the year. While we close out the 2007 year, in 2008 may be all remember what worked in the past is not always going to work in the future and to be more flexible. May we all be here next year at this time.

Good morning EOG and happy 3rd day of January. 26 dayz till my 39th. Hard to believe I made it this far so I have a short term goal.

For the single temp dwellers, do/would you prefer the cold or other natural disaster (hurricane season)/earthquakes/etc.? Every part of the states has it's weather issues. Stay warm folks.
