I guess I should know the answer to this, but I don't.
Does Europe "fall-back" as well??? Countries that were six hours ahead, will they still be 6 hours ahead in the morning???
A couple of examples. All week the order of play for a tennis tournament in Russia, the schedule is "minus 8 hours". Is it now minus 9??? The other 4 tournaments have been "minus 6 hours" all week.
I have 4 tennis tournaments I want to bet and follow in the morning and I don't know what time to set my alarm clock. Any assistance for this stupid question will be greatly appreciated.
