qcom will recover, patent lawsuits are flippant at best, double your position.

Powder is dry Sober so I can't double up. In at 40.25 and it's already below 40 bucks in my first day. I actually sold some naked puts on this stock when it was at 40.25 (Novemeber 40's). Earnings are in two days so that should help unless they break their winning streak. I agree these lawsuits are bullshit. If it's below 40 on stike day, I don't mind owning.
