waaaaaay closer than you folks think. This year nfl might win, but some of USC teams few yrs ago could have beat nfl bottom dwellers.

NFL aint that good. If other countrys start playing American football they blow right by us like in other sports.

Basketball European Union is much better than American Union.

Same goes for golf and tennis.

America sucks at sports.

At best 10 guys from Florida ever step foot on an NFL field next year. That means 30 of their STARTERS aren't good enough to play in the NFL, much less their 2nd and 3rd stringers.

To much size and speed difference...particularly on the lines.

Another way to put this is how many guys from any one particular NFL draft actually contribute in their first year of the NFL (and that is after six months of conditioning and NFL practices).

The biggest difference would be on the OL and DL lines and Det would be able to have all day to pass and gaping holes to run thru, thus running up the score.

And if the Vols held Fla in check mostly, the Det defense would EASILY stop them...

But yeah, the OL and DL lines are the key-- not to mention the top tier skill positions, but it all starts with the lines...
