The rules and scoring system for a PFC fight are made to be as simple as possible:

1. A pillow to the head - one point.
2. A 360-degree pillow hit to the head - three points.
3. A knockdown - five points.
4. Leg strike to unbalance your opponent - 1 extra point.
5. Showmanship - 1 point each round.
