Im sorry. Id like to think Ive entered with as open mind as I could, and I think its a pretty weak case. There are obvious similarities, especially the drum beat, but I could certainly see the comparison stopping with similarities. If I were a judge, there is no way I call "guilty" on this.. I watched some of the others videos as well. I just dont think its anywhere near an obvious David Bowie/vanilla Ice comparison of piracy. Im sure a more educated musical eye (or ear) would be better to consult with.

that's certainly true, it wasn't quite that blatant (but that was the most blatant case in history). whether it was enough remains to be seen. i'm a classical guitarist & to me it seemed obvious, but i may be wrong, bud. we'll see how it comes out. i hope coldplay is cleared because i do like the band.
