I don't know, to me the difference is the VT player had initial control of the ball, then lost control as he came down, here it looks like the OSU player didn't have initial control, but then did control the ball as he hit the ground, I don't know how the play wasn't reviewed, whether it was a catch or not it should have been reviewed
