Is don best a line service or a tout service? Basically they can do whatever they want its not like they have to answer to anybody but it just seems to me that its a conflict of interest

Actually the answer is both .....

They have two separate departments.....

The line service is mutually exclusive from their buy a pick (Tout) service ...

The numbers are the feed from Vegas and OS Books ...

Has nothing to do with the tout service .... that said, I am certain that these DB Touts have the premium line service feed...
