Took a second for David Dineen with "no D's" to kick in.

Defense is optional for Dineen.

Strictly a one-way player.

He once explained the speed of the game is difficult for slow Irish white guys.

One big problem for white players competing in a sport dominated by black athletes is the lack of quick-twitch muscles.

White players in the suburbs do not see that type of speed until they start playing in open competition on the AAU circuit, usually at age 16 or 17.

By then, it's too late.

Dineen was a self-made player.

He went from a freshman walk-on to a starting senior point guard of a Division I school (Cal-Poly).

He has NBA three-point range and tremendous competitive spirit.

I thought he broke my nose one day at a gym in Reno when we were playing a game of one-on-one basketball.

It was a hard foul from behind as I was going in for a layup.

My record against David in one-on-one basketball competition: 2-98.

And I recount those two wins to David all the time.

The first win came at the 24 Hour Fitness across from Valley High School and the second glorious triumph occured at the Stupak Rec Center in Las Vegas.

Maybe that's why he whacked me on the nose the last time we played.

This is why the last 300+ cornerbacks in the NFL are ALL black. And deservedly so. No whites, no Asians, no Hispanics, no Middle Easterners.
It’s an obvious, real world observation, and kudos to blacks for that!
However, a big problem is that in any field in which blacks underperform, 100% of the blame is put on racism, 0% is put on personal responsibility for black individuals and black society.

And yet CRAZY PETE would be fired in the corporate world.

Or, at the very least, required to attend 40 hours of diversity/sensitivity training.

Specially, Jimmy made two fatal mistakes in his recorded interview with that reporter in the restaurant.
First, Jimmy explained his “blacks are the superior athletes” theory in the context of hundreds of years of selective breeding
by slave owners seeking to strengthen their slave population. His 2nd mistake was allowing his statements to be filmed.
The word slavery is always painful to blacks regardless of context. CBS had no other option but cut the Greek from the network.

In our hyper sensitive culture today we shouldn’t say the word “slavery” in any context. Similarly, we shouldn’t say the word “bomb” in an airport.

I would never highlight slavery, our country's original sin, but I don't want to deny anyone else's right to speak their mind.

Similar to the Colin Kaepernick controversy.

I disagree with his position to kneel during the national anthem, but I defend his right to do it.

speedy white football players are wrs, dbs cant catch. edelman would have been a good db. white folks have better hands. there is not a lot of black centers in football or black kickers,punters. lots of white mikes too because they call the plays, a Black freind of mine chimed in that most mikes are white because they have to call the plays, not just the center. per capita the race with most nfl players is polynesians

David appeared in the first hour of the Friday vsin tonight show with Matt youmans.

David told the story of making the first three point shot in caly poly school history as a d1 story.

Apparently this upset their opponent Boston College.

He said BC then went on a 26-4 run. Good night Irene.

David shared a bit of his handicapping theory that focuses on coaching and leans toward the guys who go through the ranks progressively. Junior college to assistant d1 to small d1 coach etc

Golden Richards just died yesterday. He did have a lot of drug and health issues.

Dineen is the exception that former athletes make bad gamblers. He understands what to look at in relation to the spread.

i vehemently disagree, ill take a non gambling athlete over most handicappers. Ross Tucker for example has Greg Cosell on, I always watch, Ross also has Fezzik on, he is useless. Dineen bets 50 if he even betting, so what ill take his opinion over Ras all day. Dead people like Dink were not smart enough to figure this out, Dink wanted to only deal with liberal jews. had to be jewish and had to be liberal.
