Indiana can't be laying 2.5 pts on the road with a defense that has a rating of 111.8 (the next worse is phx and Dallas at 103.8)
Wash was a -1.5 fav in the lookahead. Everyone knew this was going to be indiana off of 4 days rest and Washington is in a b2b situation. So why the 4 pt move?

I saw Fever -2.5/3 most of the day so most people got an "L" for this one.

This game also showed one other thing: The best Samuelsson sister is the one who struggles to find a team every season..........not the high drafted one that is softer than her one year old baby's bottom.

Then it looked like she thought she was kobe on a bad Lakers team with the green light and saw the next four times she touch the ball she jacks up bricks. My thought was I hope winky isn't watching because he just broke something in his house

If not for a hot 1q the fever get beat as they were outscored the last three quarters

You have to feel pretty good laying 2.5 with Caitlin on the line to shoot 2 up 1 with seconds remaining...

On another note I like the new WNBA 'reset' timeout, moving the ball to the front court with the choice of passing it in from either sideline.

Well Boston missed two free throws the trip before so they had a chance to put some distance but then again....it's the fever

Thanks for pointing the new ball out back on June 1. I wouldn’t have been aware of it. At what point will the linemakers adjust and will the players be comfortable? Probably around June 13, the last day they will use the new ball.

Well I have noticed that the market is taking notice
NYL Conn opened 158.5 and closed 154.5 (total finished 157)

So for accounting I will count this as an over but if you got it in the overnight it's a win

This is a touchy situation as the Liberty are on a back to back off a big road win at Conn yesterday but on the other side is Washington playing their fourth game in six days. They aren't a deep team. But NYL has had issue sleep walking vs terrible teams. I'm playing the Liberty here.

When I say it's over I'm referring to blinding playing under the total. Well then again if you are a CLV lover than hitting these at the open is 95% going to get you some great numbers.

Fair enough. I personally got that total at 157 1/2.

3 overs 1 under today but one of the overs was only due to OT.

The players are starting to get used to the new ball and now the market is accounting for the decrease in scoring the past week. Agree can’t blindly bet under anymore

conn is an elite defense but their worse quarter is the first one as they have a defensive efficiency of 100.5. After that it's lights out. I wll add in how bad this Fever defense is and simply play this as a high scoring quarter.

The first two meetings have had 32 and 52 points combined in the first quarter.

Caitlin Clark over 5.5 assists -120
She has a terrible matchup with DiJonai Carrington (5'11) who matches her in size and is the quicker, more physical of the two. Plus DiJonai only job in this matchup is to pick up Clark at the 45 foot mark and be an issue. Clark will get her teammates involved more often especially with a healthy Kelsey Mitchell who is going to benefit quite a bit from these double teams.

This is almost an auto play as I don't see this Fever defense getting better, especially not on the road.

I am completely lost at the lines I see for both games. Not sure when NYL flew into town.

can't wait for player prop numbers to pop up for this one.

Aces are -2. I think the better play is ML -130.

This is a statement game for the Aces. They have heard how vulnerable they are and not that good. They won't have any trouble getting up for this Noon nationally televised game.

Might be tight and close, hence the ML, but you gotta beat the champ before you become the champ - Liberty were impressive last Saturday at CT - prove it one more time for me before i believe.
