I would guess 7, the public has to love getting 7.5 with GB. I couldn't put my hard earned cash on a team that bad. I might play Carolina if it gets to 7.... i dunno. Fuk it, I'll just play the over:+thumbs-2

No idea on movement but if it helps any, I took the +7.5.
My NFL capping is nowhere near my college football capping so be warned. I should win some cash in NFL but it's nowhere near as strong as college.

Also, I'd say about 60% of the general public will be on GB at +7.5 but it's not an overwhelming percentage.
It's not one of those blatantly "bet on me square!" lines that would get 75% or more.
I like GB but am feeling a little square about it because I know full well how bad the Packers are and how good the Panthers are.
