When are we going to see deGrom/Mets totals at 4.5?

Mets don't score many runs, and deGrom doesn't give up any. Today's total of 5.5/6 just way too high. How crazy is that. Way. Too. High.

The opening odds start here
Too many unearned runs factor in for Vegas to post one, especially now we've hit June and the offenses are probably in the beginning to pick up.

Its like hockey, even if you get the two lowest scoring teams playing they won't ever bring the total below 5. Especially now with the extra innings rules. Way too likely it gets to be 2-2 and you can't lose with an over 5 bet.

I asked someone if MLB is a 7 inning game 'cuz of Covid or fan boredom?

I see the 4.5. Isnt it humid and wind blowing out? Might be a little crazy to bet under here. All Acuna or Freeman has to do is get a hold of one and its all she wrote.

Even a 1-1 tie in the late innings keeps alive the hopes of an OVER bettor at just 4.5 runs.

A 2-2 tie is an obvious winner.

The "placed runner on second in extra innings" rule spells trouble for UNDER bettors.

What a schedule for the Braves over the past two days.

Doubleheader, albeit only seven innings, in Atlanta followed by a doubleheader in New York.

Four games in two days.

Yesterday's double-dip in Atlanta was a day-night doubleheader where the fans were asked to leave after Game 1 and the park is cleaned for the nightcap.

Today's affair in New York is a single-admission doubleheader.
