Looks like another $2,000,000+ overlay with Circa Million IV and Survivor contests 2022-2023

How Jed and The Enemy got thru the night and endure today is beyond me. The pressure must be enormous. Also, assuming these players are average Americans, how the hell can you possibly have any resources to do any kind of significant hedge on their games?

VSiN has a football contest show hosted by Brady Kannon where they announce the picks. They switched to the Circa set where they had Circa's Derek Stevens, Mike Palm, Jeffrey Benson, and "The Enemy Within", Mike Barth I don't remember all he said, but he said he liked the Colts QBs from Ryan and Foles to Ehlinger. Winky just posted the link.

"JED" was on later, a married couple. They spent more time on how they got the name than how they picked Seattle and how to hedge.

I read it. I guess the wife - Jessica - had some older brothers and when she was born they wanted another brother. They didn't get it but called her Jed because they wanted another boy. Damn funny but also shows her family has to be some awesome people to be with.

Put the Indi backer on bridge jumper alert if he didn't hedge very large.

Unless credit was offered, it's doubtful he's properly hedged.

I would observe that anyone who was interested in hedging wouldn't take the Colts. Incredibly arrogant to ignore the ML value of other picks like Jax and Min.

Colts now +315 on the ML at Circa.

Colts get a Pick 6 and another TD to go ahead 28-24. Texans' win probability goes from around 90% to Colts now at 95%. LOL

I know I know. Lol

Don't forget USC Tulane lol

How can I forget? I switched at 9:59A (PST) from USC to Tulane in Dave Tuley's site's Bowl Pool. I cursed myself for being so stupid. Until............. I WON his site's pool and THIS GAME made the difference. I am 2 up with 1 to go - would be tied if not.

I KNOW!

It was a lot less money than this, so I was properly hedged the final week.

However, with the scenario these three players were involved with, Stevens would have to be willing to make a deal or it would just be one heck of a sweat. He gave me a marker to hedge with when I asked, but 50-100k isn't 500k-2M. It worked for me and added a nice chunk to my bottom line.

As CB mentioned, picking the Colts this week, likely is a sign the guy wasn't interested in hedging or arranging a deal for large casino credit. Now that it's over, hopefully Tuley and/or VSiN will post the scoop. I'd like to know if and how these guys hedged their equity this weekend. Some gamblers will not hedge. Not hedging something doesn't make sense to most of us here, but the reality is that different strokes for different folks, no matter the stakes.

Two years ago when I went the distance with the initial Circa Survivor contest. One guy had two entries remaining the final week. His handle was "Love My Baxter." He used Washington with both entries. The line steamed from -2.5 to 6.5. It was the late game.

The dude had a lot of equity and eventually won 136k, but he didn't hedge anything. Several of us were in the sportsbook watching the games. WFT won, but didn't cover. It was the game Philly tanked. I asked him after the game why he didn't hedge anything using Philadelphia +6.5 mixed with some PH ML. I can't remember if he at least hedged the tie, which Circa offered, too.

He told me the only money he had was about enough to buy a burger and the gas to drive home to Los Angeles.
