I played baseball and could have signed a minor league contract after a tryout at Busch Stadium in 1984 and I'm telling you BP fastballs are still 70mph or so and if you can't drive your hips you aren't getting it out Aluminum or not.

I have seen guys hit a softball into major league parks upper decks. I have played with guys that have hot it over the 315 in center by 70 feet. So if Hitdog is a young strong guy with long arms and good hips he is believed my me.

I might be able to if i worked a few months in the batting cage and hit the gym at least 5 days a week.

i think hitting a ball out is a little tougher than most think. it takes more than being in shape or strong, you have to have some mechanics.
