Took a backseat to Ryan Dempster, who sports a 3.25 ERA, 104 K and a 1.18 ERA, Aaron Cook, at 3.57 ERA, 67 K, and 1.28 WHIP. and Carlos Zambrano, with the same 2.84 ERA but only 78 K and a 1.23 WHIP.
Apparently wins were valued more than numbers that actually matter when rating a player's performance.
