I can't believe how much of an idiot he is not to pay back debt owed at a casino especially at the Wynn. Steve Wynn always gets his money.

This shit happens a lot. Just surprised it got out to the public, when it happens with any other person they do it very quietly and no one hears about it. Wynn wants Chuck back, but after this it is obvious he won't set foot in there ever again. But unpaid markers are a lot more common than the media or people think. They are just like checks, but unlike regular checks, they get cashed whenever the casino feels like it. Usually they negotiate a date with the player, but if some dumbfuck didn't know that or bother to do it, they might have sent it through at a time when Charles didn't have the funds in his account. It isn't like most people just keep 400k sitting around waiting for emergency withdrawals.
