The top 3 that I've learned:

75 % or more of forum posters in general are sharps

85 % of RX posters :LMAOhave never screwed anything under an 8 (on a scale of 1 to 10)

Most forum posters are White-Collar professionals who post all day from their $100,000+ a year jobs from work (some even jack off to porn as well, it's acceptable there I guess)

I cannot just toss em out. They are working dandy, just a little thicker than these new ones. I have 6 all together now. Every room and the garage/gym.

the top 3 things that i've learned from reading these forums are:
1) if it looks to good to be true, it probably isn't.
2) the public is usually wrong.
3) look more closely at the accuser, not the accused.

I'd like to add there are many who just copy ideas in forumville and pretend they started them or reap the rewards of others originality.

60 year old mods who originate from communist Europe don't relate too well to people 1/3 their age either.:LMAO

I am going thru a drawer of old magazines right now. (More to come on that), but I just found the receipt for one of the TV's. It was bought New in 1991 for $577.50, a magnavox color G(C?)S4536.

No round-screen first-generation color televisons from the '60's?

No '70's Curtis Mathes behemoths with the "clunky, mechanical tuner?" Everyone had one of those hooked up to a Sony Beta 1 Betamax.

And if you're really hardcore, you have to own one of those '50's plastic, tri-colored sheets that you pasted on the screen of your black and white TV to simulate color. They were advertised in any comic book.

That was some good viewing.
