I usually start with getting a manager on the line and shouting "DO YOU KNOW WHO MY FATHER IS?", if that doesn't work I ask for their badge number, when/if that fails, I'll come to EOG.

dunno about SBR as i've only posted there a couple times recently so i'd have to say EOG hands down.
And easily EOG over the RX. I think it spoke volumes some months back when a long time regular RX poster who posts at EOG probably once a year came to the Shrink/General when he had problems getting his loot from a book.

Shave we have contacted every person we know of... I was in contact with them more than anyone since I ran the USDBET contets and FSOP here...
And SBR is full of shit if they say call Oddsmaker, etc cause they use the software.... Many sportsbooks use the same software... that would be like saying for example... You bought a Ford car and had problems with it.. the dealer promised you a new car and when you went to pick it up the dealership was closed for good.... Or moved to another town (as USDBET is still taking Deposits)... Then you get Pissed and go to the Ford dealer down the street expecting them to pay for it...
There is only so much software out there for these guys to use.. Oddsmaker and USDBET are not affiliated other than software that is it....
Me and Pete talked about this the other day and we are sick about what went on as we had no clue... I was in touch with them every day and them Blam...gone....we still inquire every couple of weeks to try to get in touch with someone.....

Only thing we were told is they were leaving after football but would be back for Baseball.. which is not a shock.. we have books that do that type of thing every year... 5Dimes used to leave after hoops and come back in foots and others have done that...

Are you sure about ALOT more Pull? I would think that SBR edges out EOG right now. However, I think that EOG would probably go more out of their way to help I would assume.
It's probably most about who makes more for the books and SBR has some huge sheets I would imagine.

I was sincerely asking if you guys are able to do anything. This USDBEt thing is pissing me off mor ethen when I was nailed by BETONSPORTS. USDBET continues to operate, take deposits, put up lines, and grade them. yet they don't pay anyone and just say to be patient. You also can't speak with anyone in charge. It is only their crappy ass third party customer support. I make sure to take my few minutes EVERY day to inquire about my payout and to call them all scamming stiff scumbags. EVERYDAY.

The EOG does an excellent job helping players with disputes. Presently the EOG is better and faster with the less complicated complaints and issues imo. SBR is probably better at the more complicated ones.

This is a guess but I think there's a very high percentage of bonus abuse, players with multiple accounts and players circumventing limits.
I'm sure that all sites are asked for help from these guys but SBR seems to have more and they go to bat for these type of players.
I like SBR but they have a lot of scammers that ask for help over there.
