im soory i thought every customer was importent? Listen here, i have been gambling online for a long time 12 years now, i got screwed in the beg by carribean sports, you remember them the scam shop? Then i learned that there were legit places like the GREEK, but i read sbr, osw, and eog, and thought to myself try some other places, i could get better lines sometimes, and it would all be ok! That is not the case, if i ask for a 100 dollar payout or 10000 dollar payout the cust serv should be the same, i have been lied to for 6 weeks now, and i am tired of it! If they said sir we are having problems, it might be 3 or 4 weeks beore you get your money i would be pissed.bet at least they would be being honest with me. When wsex sent out all there fed ex's to the wrong people a month ago, they lied to me for about 2 weeks, until the higher ups finally said that they could tell the truth to me about what happened, gee wonder why i am mistrustful right now. I ust want the truth thats all

This is just like typical bubble mentality. Everything in the world is a bubble either positive or negative today. Thank communications, blogs, internet posting forums and every other communication form. People hear something might be bad about a book and suddenly everyone is hearing the same thing and a run on the book begins. It didn't us to be like this so people are complaining, but its life as we know it today, no use whining about it and wishing it was like it used to be.

The avg joe waits till sunday to make his deposit for football games b/c he wants his money as long as possible. So when the avg joe finally do win they expect their money as quickly as they sent it to the book.
My point if the books ( esp top books) like WSEX are jerking around avg joes they will eventually stop playing b/c it wont be worth the hassle. You people need to understand that only the rare few can wait a month for a withdraw, or use bankroll rules. The avg player gambles what he has, if he loses he will work more hours or loan the money, but if he wins he wants it ( and not in a month)
As watchdog website it is our duty to keep the books in line and help the avg joe, or the books, bonuses, and lines we love will no longer be there. Times may be tough but a little customer service goes a long way.

Crying about a check taking 10 days is one thing, but these books refusing to pay and blame it on processing is another. I know the poker sites are offering to pay people by bank wire. It must be hard offshore now but we don't want to hear no stories and lies. These people made a lot of money Rainbow and they need to tell the truth and they need to offer bank wires to pay out, assuming they got their money in a bank to pay out. If not, where did these billions of dollars go? We are not talking about all books either. Some like 5 dimes and others are paying quick. A lot of them are lying. Just my opinion and you know more than me, but right is right and wrong is wrong.

I u nderstand the money laundering issues, but I also knopw they can do this, all books can they just don't want to! Lots of industries have tough times. Whats going to make it better for the books the government isnt going to change and its only going to get worse as the football players are gone. i work in the brokerage industry small firms big firms the checks go out in 3 days. the checks in the mail is garbage and you know it. poorly run mismanaged firms are trying to live on customer money until someone looses enough to have funds. why are we supposed to be sympothetic to these clowns. stories like you wired in 1k and your account has 975 so we cant wire the money out until you get back to a $1000 that crap has been around and its typical of the books. its not an issue I had funds wired back from Canbet when they stopped u.s. they told me will take 4-6 days to mail here came the check. when Hollywood was bought out I requested funds from new owners 3 days.

it is obvious that these books know they can take whatever time they want, and the watchdogs will ok it and say send more money to them for the games u want to bet. This is so unreal, I thought these watchdogs would be on our side 100% I was so wrong!

Im personally gettin a little worried since some of my funds are there and alot of people I know also. Would be nice to hear this was just isolated incident that a mistake was made and it is being fixed so this guy gets his money, not something we all should be this worried about.
I know they are a sponser here but if this guy has seriously waited 40 days for a fed-ex check Id be pissed and bashing them too. Mods or Shrik can you help resolve the dispute and put an end to this?
