The only "bad" book i've ever dealt with. Went to make a small $200.00 W/D and they wanted my life on paper. Copy's of DL, utility bills, SS cards, an so on faxed to them before thay would process a W/D. I will never deal with a book again that MAKES you call for a w/d. I did however enjoy their LIVE BlackJack, but all in all...POS book 4sure.
