Conference Semifinal plays...
I actually like this spot for Argonauts coming of a loss against the Als last week. WPG is in a tough spot against a very good secondary in Toronto. WPG QB Kevin Glenn and DT Doug Brown are questionable. TOR has more offense and game-breakers with Arland Bruce, Tony Miles, John Avery and Ricky Williams. I really like Argos to win this by at least 10 pts. My line has this TOR -6 so I see some value here, especially if Glenn is out at QB

I still believe this will be a SASK vs BC Western Conference Final, and I'm sticking to it. The Stampeders have dropped 3 out of their last 4 games and have a lot of rest to prepare for this game. However the Riders should not be getting 7 pts here in this spot, my numbers favor Calgary only by 2.5 pts. Its unfortunate that we missed the opening number of Riders +7.5 ...Nevertheless, we will go with:

Once I saw the lines, I knew what your picks would be dude. I bet them all.

Sask should be a 4 pt dog. Total is too high in that game also.
Toronto should be a 3.5 pt favorite if Glenn plays and is healthy. That is a big IF, so a bet on Toronto at -3.5 has huge upside.

Should be a profitable Sunday. I hope the Toronto bet loses though, Go Bombers!!

Yes, TOR and SAS this weekend, then MON and BC and BC for the cup. Ivan, I'm going to be travelling so won't get to see the games but the upside is I'll miss the November rains in the South Pacific.

TOR is worth at least -2.5 on a neutral field. If you add home-field position it will be an additional 3 pts. Hence you get my line of -2.5

Joey, if it comes down to Boy toy Troy, it probably is an easy Toronto win. LOL. I think Wpg wins today, but I can't pull the trigger with Glenn a question mark to finish the game. Wpg can not win without him period. Winnipeg has played very good football of late, even in BC last week, they hung tough although Glenn was out almost the whole game. They're the team peaking at the end of the season and could make some noise.

Thanks for the pics Ivan. Montreal -2.5 looks to be your strongest pick. I bet that and the under in both games as well.

I like your thinking in teasing B.C as you are going thru the 3 and 7 and the Moneyline is 1.32, so teasing them appears to have value. I can't understand how adding 6 points on to the total in that game as the second part of your teaser is a good bet though. I just don't see the game landing on one of those numbers often enough to be worth it IMO.

I decided as my second leg I would tease Montreal to +3.5. I know, teasing thru the 0 is for suckers, but I think if the Argos manage to pull it off it will be close, so Montreal should win or be within 3 pts the required 72% of the time.

Early lines indicate BC -7 / 54.

Those were the actual #s I had as well... No strong edge in this game. But will post a play later during the week after some data-mining.
