Weather impacts for week 9

only 3 possible that I see, nothing extreme enough to consitute a play by itself:

Ten at Jax: 30% chance of rain, wind 22mph
Indy and NE (SNF): cold night game in NE, temps in the low 30s
Oak at Sea (MNF): 70% chance of rain showers

not as big of a deal as last week where there were 3 games with weather impacts that all went under the total

This was a great thread last week, mgm. Let's keep adding to it as needed!

Re: Weather impacts for week 9

Thanks Reload...

looks ike the weather arrived a bit early at Jax, so remove that game from a weather consideration as it now it 10% chance of rain and wind down to 12mph.

no significant weather impacts on Sunday

Really the only game that might have a weather impact is Oakland/Seattle. 70% chance of rain and 23mph winds. Definitely keep an eye on this one.

Re: Weather impacts for week 9

all clear for Sunday games....

14mph win at Jax and a little cold at NE for the night game, but both weather situations look too minor to be a factor

Weather does look to impact MNF:

Re: Weather impacts for week 9

Another powerful storm is beginning to impact the Pacific Northwest. The system will hammer Washington and northern Oregon with heavy rain and gusty winds once again.

Rainfall amounts in the lower elevations west of the Cascades could receive two to five inches of rain, while some of the mountainous areas on the Olympic Peninsula could see up to ten inches of rain. On top of the excessive rain that has already fallen during the past few days, river flooding will continue to be a problem. Flood watches are in effect for all of western Washington and northwestern Oregon.
In addition to the rain, strong winds are also a concern. Coastal areas have already gusted over 40 mph and gusts over 60 mph are possible through Monday. Farther inland, gusts could exceed 40 mph in places like Portland and Seattle.
