Which is a better bet in the long run?

My local is offering a 10 point teaser at either 10 cents, ties lose or 20 cents but ties push.

I don't bet 10 point teasers but would like to know what everyone thinks is the better bet in the long run.

It probably depends on what number the 10 points hits on. A team favored by 7 going to +3, I would think you would be better off with the higher juice. I don't play teasers though so take it for what it's worth.

take the 10 cents

and only tease games where you are playing a odd spread 14 1/2 for example. then you cant push anyway.
