Navy/Maryland line move

This line has moved from 7.5 to 12 today offshore, 10.5,11 in Vegas.

I cannot find any news. Has anybody seen anything?

Just talked to a Bud that lives in Maryland and is a Big Terps fan


He says nothing has happened on either side that he has seen.


I hit him up when I saw the move and he told me nothing has been released

I checked the line moves at VegasInsider and it never went off the board but some did move it 1 point at a time once it hit 9.
