If you know a person who is planning CC chargeback scams, what can you do?

There should be a network for all books with databases listing scammers. To bad it's not in place.

General,

The processors keep databases.

Problem is the scammers just "lose" their card and get a new one.

PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS......SOME WITH 100 CREDIT CARDS BANG THEM OUT AND JUST FILE FOR BANKRUPTSY.........THAT'S THE REASON BAD RISKS PAY SOME MUCH INTEREST EACH MONTH......THE COST OF PAYING FOR THE SCAMMERS.....

If you need a credit card to make a bet you better lose the computer and go get a second job.

But then again I doubt 60% of forum posters can even get a credit card.

LOL, the way banks throw out CC's these days , you could just be out of bankruptsy and have a 450 credit rating and still get approved. its a joke

If a book is so concerned about chargebacks then they should not accept CC deposits...

Cost of doing business...

A card with a $300 limit, $99 anual fee, and 30% interest rate is not a credit card IMO. It should be called an ass rape instead.

I consider <10% interest, no anual fee, no monthly fees, a decent credit limit compared to income to be a credit card.
