Anyone use firefox "thunderbird" Email?

I have used firefox but a friend of mine is having email trouble with thunderbird? He receives messages but cannot type text in the reply. Anyone have an idea, thought or experience with this issue? Apparently it is a different email client than Outlook Express.

That is a Bug that is updated in the new version...tell him to uninstall it and reinstall the new version... Everything will be saved on the computer...HE will lose nothing..... I use Thunderbird for personal Email and It is alot better than OUtlook Shitpress :cheers:cheers

Here's where you can find your personal information. Bookmarks, etc. More then likely, these files are not corrupted....

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla
(When uninstalling, it would be best to make a copy of this folder)
Where the administrator is, this would probably be your user name of the PC.

The files that would probably be corrupted would be in the.....

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox.
