Let me just say, before we get into the details of proper technique, that anyone critical of such activity need not voice their pretentious opinion herein. Everyone pees in the shower. It is simply an irrefutable fact. People who deny it are those same charlatans who claim that they do not watch TV or that they actually enjoy reading.
Make sure you have a nice comfortable position whilst standing in your bath tub.*(1) The water should be flowing strongly from the shower head and you should spread your legs so that the outer edges of your feet are tightly abut with the sides of the tub. You should be 22-25" away from the drain. No need to hold your kok -- just let the urine flow naturally.*(2) The force of the running water and slight decline/slope of the tub will facilitate nicely and transport the urine toward the drain. You see? Gravity and momentum are our friends after all.
There is no messy clean up -- no need to wipe or shake your kok. Pissing in the tub whilst standing under a warm shower is one of life's simple pleasures that we all should embrace often. It is cathartic and relaxing. It might even reduce blood pressure and hypertension. Piss gleefully!
