The rule #4 was violated & needs to be answered on how it will be ruled upon.

I took a DQ last week because I only had 24 picks in so I want to see how this rule is to be interpreted!

I Read The Rules And It Doesn't Say What Would Happen If A Selection Was Made At A Track Outside North America But If It Was Up To Me ( It's Not) I Would Say Such Selection Would Be Voided And Another Selection Can Be Made................By The Way, It Would Only Be Considered A DQ If You Were Ahead 12io4j2w90

So if what you are saying is correct, then I can make up my 25th pick also? That could change the outcome as well in that challenge!

but since it did not win then you get another chance to make it a good bet by making another selection in it's place?

I mean if the rules can be bent then by all means let me know so I know how I can bend them as well.

I believe we need to clarify what the penalties are for violating the rules!

It needs to be defined & put in a post as an addendum to the rules! :smokesmal

With that being said I am going to bite the bullet & let Wolf have this one.
However I better either be given the same amount of slack in any of my mistakes or there better be penalties put in print on the rules page for such occasions! That's my only point being made here! 12io4j2w90

whats the big deal he bet a race that doesnt count he gets a -$2.00 for it... why would he be Dq'd, its not like he edited a post to give him a win, that would require a DQ...

See what becomes the problem is this. For all the rules, how do you penalize for each different one? Or do you just simply call it a DQ for violating any one of them? It's not spelled out for what the penalty should be. It just becomes an argument of how serious a rule is compared to another one.
It can be debated from both sides (who it's on) depending on which rule it is, how serious it is, how close is the challenge is at that point & would it make a difference ..
See what issues among others this can cause? just my thoughts on it!

All picks must be made at tracks here in the US it will graded as a loss.

If he only had 24 picks because of this he did not meet the 25 needed picks for that day and can not move on in the contest.
