called a penalty on byu for no reason.

1) byu 1rst and 10 from the 11 and get 0
2) byu first and goal from the 7 and fumble
3) tcu fumbles and ref makes up a call to give tcu the ball back

all 3 of those things HAD to happen for the U. thats how it goes.

The penalty called was a dead ball foul. It should have been 15 yards from the spot of the recovery. The Versus broadcast is brutal. No replays or a mention of what happened.
