This just in: Joe's not a plumber.

So, Joe the plumber is not a licensed plumber. he does work for a plumbing company, but doesnt have his own license. McCain mentions this guy 21 times last night and his story is going down the drain. You'd think that they would spend a little time investigating some facts before making this guy the keystone of an attempted "comeback."

They still have Obama right where they want him; 7 points ahead and less than 3 weeks left.

maybe it will. i doubt it, but who knows what might happen in 19 days.

mccain has to change the map, though, and right now it looks pretty bad. when WV goes toss-up and GA and ND are only leans rather than solid, things are not going well for an "R."

Re: This just in: Joe's not a plumber.

This just in: Obama's a socialist and Americans don't elect socialists.

My fellow Anti-Obama voters:

Let not your heart be troubled.

Do not believe the polls.

Internal Obama pollsters are very worried because their messiah isn't running away with this thing. At best, they know he's tied -- AT BEST.

Re: This just in: Joe's not a plumber.

Then how did Bush get in? Oh yeah, I forgot, Diebold.:cheers
Bush sucks -- worst "fiscal conservative" in history.

It's time to turn the page and usher in a new era of REAL Conservatism...

This past Monday, 25,000 Joe the plumbers showed up to greet America's Margaret Thatcher.

Folks, let me tell you something...

The elites in Washington, the 'journalists' in every media news room in America (yes, including the "Dumb Guys" at Fox News who have been salivating over "Obama's eloquence and presidential demeanor" ) and all the 'pollsters' don't have the slightest clue what's stirring in Heartland America right now -- NOT A CLUE.

People are M-A-D -- FURIOUS!

People are YEARNING for L-E-A-D-E-R-S-H-I-P.

People are beyond disgusted with lifelong self-interested business-as-usual politicos from BOTH PARTIES and want their VALUES represented in Washington.

People feel they are not being HEARD and so....

PEOPLE WANT CITIZEN POLITICIANS!

Joe the Plumber is the greatest untold story of this election -- the one all the "experts" have totally missed.

People of all political backgrounds all across the country (many have never been engaged in politics) are flocking to Sarah Palin. (Surprise!)

If you get your 'news' from Tom Brokaw, Katie Couric and CNN, then you probably think the entire country is snickering right along with you at the notion Gov. Tina Fey with an 83% approval rating could be the next VP.

YOU DON'T GET IT!

If you think the Marxist promising to 'fix' our broken lives is 'leading' after outspending McCain at a 3-1 clip in adverstising, then you deserve to lose your -500 square-ass wager.

YOU DON'T GET IT!

I can't tell you how many people I've met who are afraid to put McCain-Palin bumperstickers on their cars because they're afraid some fascist nutjob Obamoron will key them.

But do not be fooled, their patriotism is quiet but deep.

And on Nov 4th, millions and millions of forgotten Joe the Plumbers will turn out to cast their votes for McCain-Palin -- MILLIONS OF THEM.

My fellow Republicans, let not your heart be troubled -- do NOT believe these useless polls.

John McCain and Sarah Palin are going to win this thing -- and possibly WIN BIG!

Re: This just in: Joe's not a plumber.

Markie goes off his meds hard with: "Americans Don't Elect Socialists!!"

"What I'll do is keep repeating the same silly shit over and over, but use different sizes and colors for my fonts!"

heh....Eight men have been elected President in my lifetime and with the exception of possibly Richard Nixon, all were strong backers of steadily increasing federal government spending and power.

Ronald Reagan ran on the premise that he did not support bigger government, but as we all painfully came to realize, he was a very bad liar.

Meanwhile, there's been literally thousands of men and women elected to the US Congress during my lifetime who are strong supporters of socialist attitudes. Many of them are in office right now as I type.

In short, Americans LOVE electing men and women who actively work to redistribute wealth and resources among the electorate.

What we're tired of is bullshitters like John McCain who has been a leading big government spender and backer for over a quarter century and today promotes the absurd notion that he'll be different if we just give him the White House.

Given that "Joe C" is both Canadian and likely too young to have lived through as many backers of strong government in the USA as have many of the rest of us, his ignorance should be forgiven in friendly fashion.

As for his colorful and hyperbolic use of FONT SIZES, COLORS and DANCING SMILEYS....that's just the bipolar expressing itself. He'll smooth out in the next half day or so.

Re: This just in: Joe's not a plumber.

McGovern, Mondale, Dukakis, Kerry, Obama...

When will the loons on the left ever learn?

Last three days the Stone-Cold-Lock-of the-Century has been trashing Fox News -- for the purpose of shoring up his hard left Daily Kos base because independents are leaving him in droves. And last night at the debate, Obama decided to play prevent defense all night.

Hmmmm...don't sound very confident, do he?

The internal pollsters inside the Obama campaign know something you and Joe Q. Public do not -- by every measurable standard, Obama's losing, no matter how many times his Marxist puppet masters try and convince the sheeple otherwise.

You can't run thousands of ads in a swing state while your opponent responds with virtually nothing saving his fire power, "bump" 3-4 points in the polls and call that 'winning.'

Screw the polls!

Repeat after me:

ELECTIONS ARE DECIDED DAYS BEFORE VOTERS GO TO THE POLLS!

As for the absurd notion that Nixon was the only elected President who never "increased govt spending and power" wasn't he the sort of 'moderate' Republican who endeared himself to the NYTs (before Watergate) and gave us the EPA? :doh1

More iron-clad proof that you've fallen back on the hard stuff, barnman.

Keep uppin' the tar content, sicko!

Re: This just in: Joe's not a plumber.

You are right about that, we don't elect socialist. We elect people who give private bankers close to 1 trillion in taxpayer money to do with as they see fit with no questions asked. The public has no say so what so ever.

Hell, we would be lucky to have some socialists at this point.
