The 25-year-old right-hander was signed by the Yankees after thriving in the Mexican League and could get a few starts down the stretch. He'll wear No. 91 as a tribute to Dennis Rodman. Seriously.

He made 18 starts and 12 relief appearances in the minors, but will pitch in middle relief for the Phillies initially.
