21-8, 1.93 era, 0.93 whip, 10 shutouts

He never won more than 13 games in any other season of his career.

How many times do we see pitchers putting up these numbers and NOT winning the cy young award?

his numbers were gaudy.

But he also pitched for a WS team that year.
