Cant see the younger generations carrying on these types of forums its a myspace and facebook world for the younger generation and they all posts there thougts on life and current events on their personal pages.

If this forum was titled "Romper Room Forum" ... or "The Forum Where Sports Fans (who Don't Necessarily Gamble but Pretend They Do) Make Small Talk and Shoot the Shit with Paid Posters" ... then, yeah, you'd be on the upswing.

But as far as being a Betting/Gambling/SportsBook Info Forum, EOG is at or near the head of the pack on the decline ... don't take my word for it, though ... all you need to do is read recent comments by guys like Wild Bill and Krackman, guys who are fairly serious about the betting / gambling side of things, to realize how far things have fallen.

In addition to points you have made, there just isnt much new material to be posted about handicapping methods.

I read a thread at another forum recently by a new poster asking about $ mgt and was surprised reading some of the replies.

Just look at the number of startup books in the last couple of years (very few). Really all you need to know about the state of the industry. The good news is few have gone belly up too.

kinda hard to have quality when the respected leaders are wishy washy and change thier opinion on the same topic daily
