Went 4 and 2 for a $272.5 profit on Sunday ... won my 4 fav plays, lost the two plays I tailed someone on. Stupid. Went through my record on the year and found out of the 19 bets I have made on the year of $250 or more, I have only lost 3 of them. I only place $250+ bets when I really like the play. Shows me the majority of my profit comes from these bets, and the majority of my losses comes from the $50-100 stupid plays that I have a slight edge on at best, and really only play for excitement and action.

Done with that - from now on I should only be placing the bets I actually love so expect far fewer plays from me. May not place bets everyday if I don't see something I really dig. Alright - end rant. Goodluck all.

CHC / Zambrano -170 (225 to win 150)

Hate laying juice like this but it fits the system. Will add to this play if line comes down and might take some on run line. San Diego snapped 3 game win streak on Sunday and Zambrano has been lights out all year. This is Baek's 2nd start of the season, and while a decent reliever I don't think this guy has what it takes to go 6-7 innings. He also relieved an inning just two days ago. CHC is on an absolute tear and have to continue playing them until they get snapped.

Follow the momentum. BOS has won 3 staright, BAL has lost 4 straight. Play BOS until they lose.

MIN / Hernandez +126 (100 to win 126)

MIN snapped NYY 3 game win streak yesterday... this one can go either way. Livan Hernandez has a nice record on the year and seems to get good run support. This one depends on whether Pettitte pitches good or bad. Have to follow the momentum shift thus the bet. Pitching matchup is a wash with slight edge to Pettitte.

OAK / Harden -155 (232.5 to win 150)

OAK Snapped 4 game losing streak yesterday on the road and heading home with a momentum shift, undefeated (short record) harden on the mound. DET Playing good ball as of late, but OAK has the momentum shift with the better pitcher. Might take small run line bet on this one, might add if line shifts favorably.

Tar - my bet range has gone lately from $50 to $450. I am going to stop playing the $50 bets because it means I do not like them (except on run line - I never put more than $50 on the run line for the most part)... and I shouldn't be betting $450 on a game .. if I am, I am usually chasing a loss... I hope daily to have 2 bets in the 200-300 range, and 2-3 bets in the 100-200 range. Unless I have a card I am in love with, if I am playing more then that, then I am forcing plays. Tail at risk and best of luck to you

Any losing streak can be snapped in a single game in my opinion... so play boston and fade baltimore until BOS loses and BALT wins.

They've had a rough schedule having to play Bos,NYY and hot TB so this losing streak isn't shocking IMO..

Upcoming schedule is a little easier but not too much. Twins always tough @ home, Toronto is solid and then Boston @ Fenway.. 9 game road trip.

Wouldn't be shocked to see them go 2-7 next nine..

yeah i think we probably missed the boat on that one...which is ok because theres always another team hitting a rough patch.....the hard part is spotting it early enough to make some quick money

Goodluck kayvebear. Not sure if you ever play the total runs on all teams, I think I will play under tomorrow, both Mets and LA Dod had 2 play 2 night then fly west. Cubs and Colorado as well. Arizona flying to Milwaukee. All that makes me think low runs but the way my season has been, who knows. Just wondering what you or anyone thinks about the under after those long trips west.

Fire I rarely play the Salami but occasionally I will based on the day of the week. Monday is a PERFECT day imo for Under on Salami as everyone is tired usually so I will throw a unit on it for fun if you wanna join ;)

Goodluck, it worked for me in the past but this year I been dead wrong on them but I am thinking the same way you are about Mondays.

Mondays seem like a great under with thursday through saturday seeming like great overs ... in reality its a complete crapshoot with a negative 10% edge each time .. good fun though. Once betjam posts salami I will hit it in the morning on the under.

Okajima blew my boston bet in the bottom of the 8th but minnesota had a come back win in the 8th to make up for it for a small profit. The over in the STL/PIT game is in barring a rain cancellation since the game is tied at 8 and the under on grand salami looks awful puting me slightly up on the day. Need wins from OAK and CHC to make today a winner.

Went 4 and 2 today for a $480 profit. Almost went 5 and 1 for a $780 profit but red sox Okajima blew the lead in the 8th. No complaints! NICE DAY :)
