I forgot the name of one that went out of business. There are over a dozen in the Philippines, but I'm pretty sure none take US business. They cater to Chinese and other Asians. You guys wouldn't believe the shit that goes on. These Asians don't trust straight online play so they have these web cam games. If you play enough (I think minimum bet is $25 or so) they give you a "proxy" player. This person is on the phone with you all the time you are playing. You see that you are dealt a 10 and the dealer has a 6, you tell your proxy to double down for you and the play continues on. Unbelievable these Asians will trust this game, but not online. If you are rich enough you can send your own personal proxy to the studios and have him play for you. There are supposedly a number of Chinese billionaires that do this, have a full-time guy stationed in the Philippines whose only job is to be on call and head to this studio to play cards for his boss on demand.
