OK..I was just at their site making a very small withdrawal request..less than $100...
I don't know why because I don't think any of us are going to be paid big or small....
Anyway.. I go to live chat and ask for a confirmation e-mail...
Basically what I get is the cut and pasted script about a 10-12 day wait..Uh...They were telling us 10-12 days last week...I am wanting confirmation I withdrew, not another "timetable"
Here it is..:
Please wait for a site operator to respond. Your chat should be answered within 3 seconds. Thank you for your patience.
Hello, my name is Ricky Hudson. How may I help you today?
You: i just made a withdrawal request of 65$ but didnt receive a confirmation email
Ricky Hudson: Hi (my name) , one moment please
Ricky Hudson: Unfortunately, withdrawals made in the last two weeks or so have been subject to unusual delays due to the increased volume of checks. The recent change in our withdrawal policy means that all customers are now receiving their payment as a check. This, coupled with a change in processor, has caused significant backlogs which we are doing our utmost to clear.
You should receive your check within the next 10-12 business days. However, if you wish to cancel your pending withdrawal request just let us know and your funds will be available in your account within a few hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we fully understand your frustration with this situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we endeavor to minimise withdrawal processing times.
You: dude, i have gotten that message before...i was wanting an email confirmation that i just made a withdrawal request. besides I was told last week it would be 10-12 days. So i should expect checks from back logged withdrawals in about 5 days
I JUST CLOSED OUT THE CHAT AFTER THIS ******
I then go chat again with another rep......and to save everyone time...The other rep said the same thing as this rep..gave me the same cut/pasted script and answered the question I never asked...
Also..I asked him if the "processor issue was resolved" and he said NO
