I STARTED WALKING THIS MORNING, I DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL LAST, BUT I WILL TRY TO DO IT EVERY MORNING...

Not I but I will be soon when it warms up. I prefer the mid day steam so to sweat a lot. I encourage everyone to do a walk, bike ride or jog. Any cardio work is great. Hope you keep it up rainbow. My recent lack of discipline in that area is pathetic.

LAST TIME I DID ANY RUNNING THERE WERE 3 COPS AFTER ME.......

Nothing better than a 20-30 minute walk with the dogs or a jog with the Smokey Mountains in the distance. Especially in the spring with it warming up.

i plan on starting when i recover. i used to feel sooo good after a workout!!!
