One thing that is still positive is they are still in business and earning.

This would actually be a good time to hold a "bash" in
Gibraltar. Free Louisville sluggers to the first 100 attendees.

Maybe, we could swing over and "bash" the BOS corporation.

Truthfully, if the offshores do not create a 100% safe environment for the money - online gambling will eventually dry up and blow away. The DOJ is going to win.

What's to stop the rest of the 3rd party payment processors and credit card companies from stiffing the books and therefore, eventually the players?????

Or did the books get paid??? were they first in line?

There is an argument for chargebacks here. Player withdraws from Pinny to Neteller - requests check - doesn't get it. Can Pinny help with the problem?

BTW, did Pinny pay WSEX for all the transfers? Is the money good, yet???
Not funny, but if WSEX doesn't get the check - all this charges back, right????

Re: Neteller said

If they were paying other books of course they got paid, the DOJ isn't blocking payments offshore. While its hard to say what more these outfits could have done to get people paid, I highly doubt any of them are gladly stiffing us.

Someone offshore made an interesting point. He said maybe the best way to get a new money transfer outfit set up is to have them "dry run" by paying off waiting customers. If there is no blocking or issues, then its probably a decent way to then go to wider distribution and serve the larger market.

Lawrence and Lefebvre have their preliminary hearing today. Since NETeller is peripherally involved with the frozen funds evidence could they make a motion to release most or all of these funds?

Couple of questions?

Does Neteller have the money to pay everybody? How much money is frozen and exactly what were they served with/told they cannot do.

Is there any law or restriction on paying a customer in person with cash at their home office?

Sooner or later the domicile they recide in could be involved and confronted by angry customers in person demanding their money.

Re: Neteller said

I guess there are more angry Neteller customers than BoS...... Just like BetOnSports , Neteller doesn't have to pay anybody even if ordered.

So, right - it isn't against american law for Neteller and BOS, et al to steal money from American citizens. Is it against the law (misnomer) in Gibraltar or the Isle of Man or wherever the BOS corporation is to steal the funds. In other words, the government where they are domiciled that would say to them - look pay them or you can no longer do business in this country.

Actually, both plots are beautifully constructed.

Sorry, we have been told not to pay you so even though we don't want to - we are forced to keep millions in our own pockets forever.
